Rosenara has more than twenty-five years of experience in Public Health. She has expertise in program management in the development sector, dedicated to the cause of marginalized communities affected by HIV. Her core competencies lie in the areas of gender, sexuality

[read more]and human rights, responsive and community led interventions, civil society engagement and capacity building, and providing technical support to Government. She also has more than a decade of experience in managing multi-million dollar project implementation pan India, dealing with a large team having diverse background, and managing diverse stakeholders like National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Central TB Division (CTD), State AIDS Control Societies across the country, UN agencies, national/state level NGOs and various Key Population Networks.

Key organizations where Huidrom Rosenara worked prior to joining WISH include: a) India HIV/AIDS Alliance as Associate Director leading Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) supported programme for eight years; b) Northeast Regional Office of NACO for five years as Team Lead, supported by the Australian Government; c) Project Concern International, managing a comprehensive home and community based care and support program for PLHIV in five states of India supported by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for nearly five years; and d) Naz Foundation (India) Trust, managing capacity building of agencies working in the field of HIV/AIDS on the issues of HIV/AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, supported by the MacAurther Foundation for more than two years. Rosenara has done her Master’s in Sociology from Annamalai University in 2005; Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 1994; one year Diploma in Public Relation from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Chandigarh Branch in 1995; one month Program Management and Leadership course from Melbourne University in 2011; one year Leadership program from Indian Institute of Management (IIMB), Bengaluru, Karnataka in 2018.


Dr. Anupa Vig

Deputy Director – Technical, Delhi

Dr Anupa Vig has over 22 years of experience in all in the field of public health, a professional in the field of Obstetrics& Gynecology and quality in health care. She graduated from Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government College in Pune with an MBBS in Medicine and Surgery followed by Specialization from LTMMGH, Sion Hospital Mumbai. She is a fellow of ISQuA and a trained Laparoscopic Surgeon. A trained External Assessor for NQAS and a mentor for the LaQshya (Quality improvement initiative by the GoI) is a keen researcher with many publications to her credit.

She worked with a number of organizations in the public health field before joining LEHS|WISH, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (National Referral Center), Piramal Swasthya, People’s College of Medical Sciences and many others. Her primary competencies include quality improvement, laparoscopic surgery, telemedicine, in vitro fertilization, high-risk obstetrics, content writing, etc. She has made significant contributions to health care programs. She has also worked on numerous international projects


Satyaban Sahu

Chayan Roychoudhury

Mr. Vivek Kumar Asreker

He is a public health specialist with more than six years of ever-increasing expertise in the healthcare industry. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in pharmacy from the TATA Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai and the School of Pharmacy D.A.V.V. in Indore, respectively.

She was instrumental in transforming a non-functional CHC into a fully functional one with OPD of 120-150/per day, 60-70 institutional deliveries per month, LTT, Immunizations, national programs, and COVID-management and vaccination services. As a result, CHC Goharganj received awards under Kayakalp for three consecutive years. She was also selected as the Best Sector Medical Officer.

Through her efforts, the CHC received many necessary articles under Lupin Foundation CSR. Since 2016, she had been regularly organizing annual blood donation camps at the CHC . For four years, she also worked as a state assessor for Kayakalp, LaQshya and NQAS.

Before joining WISH, he worked as District Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Indian Health Action Trust’s RMNCH+A Project (June 2015-May 2016). His responsibilities revolved around providing monitoring support in strengthening the quality of data, and ensuring data availability on a timely basis. He also provided data related feedback to all government officials on major program components, and supported DHS, IMI, and Family Planning review meetings. The highlight of his role was capacity building of all Block level staff (BPM, BCPM, DEO).

Akhilesh holds a Master’s degree in Health Statistics, Master’s in Population Studies, and he is pursuing PhD in Biostatistics from IMS, BHU. She was also the National Resource Person for eVIN project implementation in Sikkim, and State Nodal Officer for COWIN project in West Bengal. She was a member of the State’s Advisory Committee that took policy decisions for Covid19 vaccination program; and member of the State Steering Committee and State Task Force for Covid19 vaccination program. Dr. Navneet is PRINCE2® certified Project Manager, and holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Pune and a clinical Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. He also obtained a second Bachelor’s degree in Science and a P.G. Diploma in Medical Law & Ethics from NLSIU, Bengaluru. He underwent leadership training from IIM, Lucknow and other trainings from PHFI, British Council and TISS.

Dr. Navneet has published several papers in various peer-reviewed journals, and also drafted volumes of reports for the government, and donors. Furthermore, he has received numerous honors and awards – including USAID’s MEASURE Evaluation Fellowship.

He is a member of the Indian Public Health Association, and a Fellow of the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua). At WISH, Dr Navneet is managing UP state technical and program requirements, and is responsible for overseeing end to end state operations.

Nikhil Kumar

He has rich working experience with organizations, like BBC Action Media, NIPCCD, and some top pharmaceutical companies, like USV, Zydus and Aventis.


Dr. Madhur Nivrutti Raimule
